Philly Po Boy Company is excited to bring the flavors of New Orleans to the heart of Philadelphia. The concept was created by chefs and brothers Greg and Chris Lynch, serving po boys, gumbo, beignets, and coffee roasted by our friends at Applied Arts Coffee in Nola.

Native Philadelphian Chris Lynch has spent the last 25 years in New Orleans, cooking in kitchens from Emeril’s to Commander’s Palace to Atchafalaya. Greg has spent most of his career learning and evolving in Philadelphia, working most recently as a chef for the Starr Restaurant Group.
